Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders must be placed with a valid UK delivery address.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel, not per item.
Prices start from £3.99 and the full delivery cost will be shown at checkout before payment is made.
You may exit the checkout process at any time before completing payment.
Order Processing
Orders usually require up to 48 hours for picking and packing before dispatch (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Couriers Used
We currently use the following couriers for UK deliveries:

The courier and service used for your order will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Times

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday

Some couriers deliver up to 7pm

Royal Mail may deliver on Saturdays between 9am–3pm

No deliveries are made on UK bank holidays
Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Yodel 24 Hour Service
Yodel 24 Hour delivery is available for eligible UK orders and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Orders placed on a working day will be dispatched accordingly. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including courier delays or UK bank holidays.
Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may:

Leave it with a neighbour, or

Leave it in a safe location, or
-
Return it to a local depot for collection or redelivery
A delivery card or notification may be provided where applicable.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are correct, including:

Street name

Postcode
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Once dispatched, order details and addresses cannot be changed.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all items, sizes, colours, and styles are correct before completing your order.
Orders cannot be amended once confirmed.
Alternative Delivery Addresses & Payment
Alternative UK delivery addresses may be used depending on the payment method.

Card payments: Billing address must match the card’s registered address

PayPal: Billing and delivery addresses must be registered and verified with PayPal
Failure to meet these requirements may result in payment failure.
Delivery Notifications
Delivery notifications sent by couriers (email or SMS) are estimates only and may occasionally be incorrect.
For confirmed dispatch details, please contact us directly. We are not liable for delays caused by courier estimates or third parties.
